FAQ | SUPER SACK
- Delivery Fees start at $150 on a case by case
situation based on mileage (fee includes a forklift to unload on driveway). - Minimum order for delivery is 3 super sacks
(exceptions apply during slow season). - Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee
which may vary by product. - Supersack Assembly includes the sack + pallet +
product = $31.00 per sack assembly. - Loading: Supersacks can only be loaded onto a
pickup truck or utility trailer. TGU does not load supersacks in SUV’s, Vans, or pick-up trucks with a shell
cover. if the pick-up truck has a retractable cover, we can load the supersack IF the retractable cover fully
retracts. - WEIGHT between 1,000lbs to 3,000lbs each and
depending on the product sacked. Sacks and pallets are non-refundable. - If you are re-using a supersack and bring it to TGU for
re-filling, TGU reserves the right to decide whether the re-used sack is safe to re-use. If TGU sees the
sack is NOT safe to re-use, you may have to purchase a new sack assembly. - REFILLING sacks may take TGU staff between 10
minutes to 45 minutes. Timing is based on yard traffic.

Super Sacks hold a full cubic yard & 1/2 cubic yard.
Delivery fees are based on distance from 9945
Windfern Rd. Houston, TX 77064 & 19102 FM 1093 Rd. 77407 to the destination of the product. All deliveries
require the use of a forklift or crane to unload the sacks. Sacks can be unloaded and staged on a
driveway or parking space. A short Flat Bed can take up to 9 products and an 18-wheeler flatbed can
