DONATION REQUEST

Thank you for considering The Ground Up for your request. We are currently at season’s peak and may not respond to your request. (March – end of may)

We know that we are as strong as the community we serve, and for this reason like to stay actively involved and are always open to donation requests. While we would love to be able to contribute to every organization and accommodate as many requests as possible, the reality is we are unable to fulfill them all based on the volume we receive.

The Ground Up will accept one donation request per organization per calendar year. 

If your organization has a request for a charitable donation, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

  • Requests must be received no later than three (3) weeks prior to the deadline for donation.

  • Request must be submitted electronically only through the required form fields below.

  • TGU can donate manufactured products: Hardwood Mulch, Bed Mix, Rose Mix or Compost.

  • Incomplete requests will not be accepted.

  • Completing the form below does not guarantee that your donation request will be fulfilled, we apologize in advance for those who we are not able to accommodate. 

  • Donation requests are not accepted during our peak seasons (March to end of May). You may still submit a request and we may still move forward with a donation. Do note the peak of the season is incredibly busy for landscape supply.

  • Organizations must have a current tax exempt status under Section 501(c).
